Demography 2022/2023
Every year we evaluate the services that we provide to families as well the population we are providing services to. This information helps us determine the health of our affiliate to make sure we are providing the right services to the people that need it most in our community. We also ensure that we are providing enough service to suite the needs of our community.
In 2022 our Family Promise only offered shleter with some extended case management after housing was achieved. We operated with a part-time staff who was both executive director and case manager. In September of 2022 a full-time case manager was hired. By the end of the year our program had expanded to include Prevention and Diversion Services.

In 2023 the case manager and executive director role became a single full-time position. A part-time office administrator was hired to assist. In September of 2023 we recived a grant from United Way that allowed us to hire another full-time case manager. Our staff had expanded to three and the executive director no longer provided case management.
Thank You! To everyone who supported us in 2023.
